After our meeting, I will prepare and send you a detailed fee proposal for your review, outlining the scope of work and next steps to bring your landscape design to life.

The concept design process starts with a simple hand sketch plan that illustrates the overall layout and key features. It then progresses to a realistic visual concept plan, including scaled layouts, elevations, and material suggestions. 

This stage is supported by mood boards and planting palettes, helping clients visualize how the space will look and feel before moving into documentation.

The documentation includes clear and practical setout and surface plans, planting plans, and detailed drawings tailored to your project. A specifications schedule outlines materials and construction details to keep everything on track. 

I’m familiar with preparing landscape plans for council resource consent applications and can help connect you with specialists like arborists or surveyors if needed, making the process smoother and less stressful.

I’m passionate about seeing each project through from concept to completion. This includes sourcing plants and materials and assisting with appointing the right contractors for construction.
